What is your typical turnaround time?
Most Vector Redraws are completed within 1 to 2 hours. For Embroidery Digitizing, our standard delivery is 12 to 24 hours. If you have an urgent "machine-down" situation, let us know, and we will prioritize your file.
Which file formats will I receive?
For Vector Art, we provide production-ready AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG files. For Digitizing, we support all major machine formats including DST, PES, EMB, EXP, and JEF. Just specify your machine type when ordering.
Do you use "Auto-Tracing" or "Auto-Digitizing" software?
Never. Auto-software creates messy paths and thread breaks. At Falcon, every file is manually redrawn and digitizer-path by a human expert to ensure the highest quality on your machines.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We offer unlimited minor revisions on all orders. Our goal is to ensure the file runs perfectly on your specific fabric and equipment. If it doesn't sew out right, we’ll fix it until it does
How do I get a price quote for a complex design?
Simply upload your artwork through our contact form or email us. For standard left-chest or hat designs, we offer flat-rate pricing. For complex jacket backs, we will provide a custom quote within 30 minutes.
Do you offer a free trial for new customers?
Yes! We are so confident in our quality that we offer your first left-chest digitizing or simple vector redraw for free. We want you to see the "Falcon Standard" on your own machines before you spend a dime.
