We eliminate the "trial and error" on your shop floor by physically test-sewing complex designs on our own machines before delivery. From custom PVC and leather to classic embroidered and woven patches, we specialize in digitizing for all patch types. Applique & 3d
Puff Design
Master the art of dimension with our specialized Applique and 3D Puff digitizing. We engineer 3D Puff files with the correct "capping" and density to cleanly slice foam and create a bold, raised effect on headwear. For Applique, we provide precise placement and tack-down lines for tackle twill and jersey overlays. Both styles are machine-tested in-house to ensure your foam stays covered and your fabric edges remain flawlessly secure during high-speed runs.
