Overview

By accessing or using Falcon Digitizing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all digitizing, vector redraw, and design services provided by us.

Service & Turnaround

• Standard Delivery: Digitizing and vector redraw services are typically delivered within 24 hours.
• Rush Orders: 1-hour or Express services are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
• Free Trial: “First File Free” offers are limited to one per customer and apply only to standard left-chest digitizing or simple vector redraws.

Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final digitized or vectorized file for their intended use.
• Right to Display: Falcon Digitizing reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios or on social media unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested.

Liability & Machine Safety

• Production Testing: While files are optimized for Tajima and Barudan machines, Falcon Digitizing is not responsible for machine damage, needle breaks, or garment loss.
• Sampling: Clients are strongly advised to perform a test sew-out on scrap fabric or a similar SKU before full production.
